Frying Pan Chocolate Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 10 or 11 inch frying pan/skillet.
  2. Mix all ingredients for cake in bowl. Pour into skillet and bake for 35 minutes.
  3. While cake is baking, prepare icing. Put all ingredients into a small saucepan. Mix and bring to a light boil. Boil for 1 minute. Pour hot icing over cake as soon as it comes out of the oven.
  4. Let cool and enjoy!
