Easy Banana Cake

• Cake:
• 1 Butter Yellow Cake Mix
• 1 cup sour cream
• 4 beaten eggs
• 4 ripe bananas, mashed
• 1 teaspoon of baking soda
• 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
• Frosting:
• 1 8oz package of cream cheese softened
• 1 cup butter, softened
• 1 lb powdered sugar, sifted
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 cup milk or cream

1. Combine all cake ingredients. Pour batter into a greased 13X9 or greased bundt pan.
2. Remove cake when it springs back when touched.
3. Cool cake completely before frosting.
4. Frosting;
5. Combine butter and cream cheese. Add salt and cinnamon. Add sugar a little at a time. Add milk or cream until frosting is the consistency that you prefer.
