Harvest Potatoes With Herbs

  1. Preheat oven to 425u0b0.
  2. In small bowl, combine seasonings. Place 2 tablespoons of melted butter in a 10-inch nonstick skillet.
  3. (If handle is not ovenproof, wrap with foil.) Arrange a third of the potato slices in a circular pattern in skillet. Sprinkle with about 1/4 teaspoon of seasoning, 4 teaspoons melted butter and 2 tablespoons of onion.
  4. Repeat layers twice.
  5. Cover tightly with foil; press layers down.
  6. Bake 20 minutes.
  7. Uncover; bake 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  8. Remove from oven. Press layers down with a spatula.
  9. Let stand 10 minutes.
  10. Invert onto serving platter to unmold potatoes.
  11. Remove from skillet and serve.
  12. Serves 6 to 8.
