Hot Milk Cake

  1. Cake:
  2. Preheat oven to 375. Beat eggs for 5 minutes until thick and lemon-colored. Add sugar gradually while beating. Add flour all at once, mixing only until all mixed in. Melt butter in milk on stove, add to batter slowly. Stir in baking powder and vanilla. Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes in 9-inch round pans. Cool on baking racks before icing.
  3. Icing:
  4. Melt chocolate in double boiler or carefully in microware. Mix all icing ingredients into melted chocolate until consistency to spread.
