Watermelon Salsa

  1. 1. Chop the watermelon in small bite-sized pieces, removing any seeds. In a colander, let the melon drain for about a half hour. One medium-sized watermelon should yield four drained cups of melon.
  2. 2. Combine the rest of the ingredients with the drained watermelon.
  3. 3. Serve with chips.
