Cavatini(Large Quantity)
- 3 different pastas (macaroni twists, shells, etc.)
- 3/4 to 1 lb. sausage, cut into pieces
- 3/4 to 1 lb. pepperoni, cut into bits
- 1 to 2 onions, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 can mushroom pieces
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 to 2 large containers spaghetti sauce (may need more)
- 2 to 4 large bags shredded cheese
- Cook 1 to 2 cups each of 3 different pastas; drain and set aside.
- Brown and drain sausage, pepperoni, onions and green pepper.
- Mix pastas, meats, onions and green pepper.
- Stir in mushroom pieces, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
- Add spaghetti sauce.
- Stir well.
- Put in a lasagna pan or roast pan and bake at 350u0b0 until hot; stir once or twice.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle shredded cheese over top.
- Put back into oven until cheese melts. Serve in pan.
- Quick for large group.
- Enjoy.
