Pumpkin Maple Pie

  1. Combine all ingredients and either blend in blender or mix in mixer.
  2. Pour into two crusts.
  3. Bake 15 minutes at 450
  4. Reduce heat to 350 and bake 35-45 minutes
  5. Cool before cutting.
  6. Each pie yeilds 8 slices.
  7. Per slice (approx):
  8. 240 calories
  9. 64% carb 11% protein 25% fat
