Apple Caramel Cake Loaf

  1. cream the sugar and magarine together
  2. add eggs, mix after each addition
  3. add extracts, apples, half butter and half of canola oil
  4. add the sugar mixture to the flour mixture in 3 parts, adding the buttermilk and canola oil alternating
  5. mix and pour into a medium loaf pan
  6. oven at 350 for 20-30 mins (test at 20min as sucralose tends to bake sooner than regular sugar in recipes)
  7. cut in slices and serve
