Slow-Cooker Pear And Cranberry Crisp

  1. 1. Mix dry pudding mix, 1/4 c. sugar and cinnamon until blended. Toss fruit with 1/4 c. butter in large bowl. Add pudding mixture; mix lightly. Spoon into slow cooker; cover with lid. Cook on low 3-4 hrs.
  2. 2. Meanwhile, combine crushed wafers, nuts, remaining sugar and butter in shallow microwaveable dish. Microwave on high 1 min.; stir. Microwave 1 1/2-2 min. or until golden brown, stirring every 30 sec. Cool.
  3. 3. Sprinkle dessert with crumb mixture just before serving.
