G'S Pound Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 325 deg F. Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together into a large bowl; set aside.
  2. In a separate mixing bowl mix together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar with a whisk or electric mixer until creamed. Beat in eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Whisk in sour cream, then the vanilla and lemon extract. Add flour mixture, folding to combine thoroughly.
  3. Turn batter into a greased bundt pan. Bake for 1 hour or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
