Margherita Pizza

  1. Spray counter lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Flatten one Texas roll or 2 dinner rolls combined into a 6-inch circle.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest.
  4. Slice tomatoes and cheese into 1/8-inch thick slices.
  5. Cut basil into long strips.
  6. Remove wrap from dough and place circles on sprayed baking sheets.
  7. Poke with a fork several times to prevent bubbles from forming and pre-bake at 350u0b0F 5-10 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and top each one with sauce, tomatoes and cheese.
  9. Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground pepper.
  10. Bake an additional 10-15 minutes.
  11. Remove from oven and top with fresh basil.
