Pecan Bourbon Balls

  1. Buttery Toasted Pecans:
  2. Preheat oven to 325u0b0. Toss together butter and pecans. Spread pecans in a single layer in a jelly-roll pan; bake 25 minutes or until toasted and fragrant, stirring halfway through. Remove from oven, and sprinkle with salt and pepper, tossing to coat. Cool completely. Store up to 1 week.
  3. Bourbon balls:
  4. Stir together first 6 ingredients. Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll in powdered sugar or pecans. Refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
