Gourmet Broccoli

  1. Cook broccoli until tender-crisp (5 to 7 minutes).
  2. Drain well. Spread in 9 x 13-inch dish or pan.
  3. Melt 1/4 cup margarine.
  4. Add flour and cook to smooth paste.
  5. Add next 4 ingredients.
  6. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  7. Spread over broccoli.
  8. Melt 6 tablespoons margarine in hot water.
  9. Pour over stuffing and toss until evenly moist.
  10. Spread over sauce.
  11. Bake at 350u0b0 until stuffing is slightly brown, about 20 to 30 minutes.
