Pizza Casserole

  1. Preparing ingredients:
  2. First open two of your cans of pizza sauce and 1 can of black olives add to the crock pot and turn it on HIGH.
  3. Brown your ground beef seasoning it with pepper, garlic salt or powder and pizza seasoning or Italian Seasoning if you don't have a Pizza Seasoning Blend. Brown your meat in batches (I did three batches) so you brown your meat evenly breaking it up as you brown it. Drain VERY well use a colander it's easiest but don't run water over it!! After each batch add to the crock pot, with one can of pizza sauce, one can of black olives and some of the pepperoni mix well. Continue this process until all the meat is browned and all the cans of sauce, black olives and pepperoni are in the crock pot.
  4. After you are finished browning the meat saute the Mushrooms in the same pan until they are soft, add to the crock pot. Mix everything well! Keep on high for up to an hour making sure everything is heated through, then turn down to low until you are ready to serve (about two to three hours on low is okay). Or if you are not serving until the next day once you have made sure everything is hot, cover and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve and then heat up your crock pot on high for about 2 hours and serve!
  5. **You can reduce or increase this recipe very easily buy adding more meat and sauce or less meat and sauce or even changing it up with your favorite pizza ingredients like Pineapple, Canadian Bacon, Shrimp the options are endless**
