Hamburger Casserole Florentine
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 onion, chopped
- 1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, defrosted and drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. cooked rice or pasta (spaghetti)
- 1 1/2 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
- Brown beef (leave in large chunks), onion, mushrooms, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Add defrosted spinach to beef mixture.
- Mix soup, sour cream and cooked rice or pasta together; add to hamburger mixture.
- Put entire mixture in casserole dish.
- Layer Jack cheese on top.
- Bake 40 minutes at 350u0b0, until hot and cheese is melted.
- Enjoy!
