Hamburger Casserole Florentine

  1. Brown beef (leave in large chunks), onion, mushrooms, garlic, salt and pepper.
  2. Add defrosted spinach to beef mixture.
  3. Mix soup, sour cream and cooked rice or pasta together; add to hamburger mixture.
  4. Put entire mixture in casserole dish.
  5. Layer Jack cheese on top.
  6. Bake 40 minutes at 350u0b0, until hot and cheese is melted.
  7. Enjoy!
