Chicken Swiss Bake

  1. Preheat oven 450 broil
  2. Beat eggs and marinate chicken in eggs for 1 hour (for better sticking)-
  3. put can of soup (not diluted) in a pot with (fresh mushrooms) a splash of sherry, dill, salt, pepper heat enough to blend- cool
  4. Roll chicken in corn flakes (bread crumbs will work) and saute in oil until browned. Place browned chicken pieces into 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Cover with cheese and pour cream of mushroom mix over chicken.
  5. can freeze at this point
  6. Thaw before cooking
  7. Cover with foil and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Uncover last 15 minutes.
