Inside-Out Ravioli
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 c. liquid (from spinach)
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 lb. can spaghetti sauce (with mushrooms, Ragu)
- 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 6 oz. tomato paste
- dash of pepper
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. small macaroni, cooked
- 1 c. shredded sharp process American cheese
- 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 2 well beaten eggs
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- Brown the first 3 ingredients in the oil.
- Cook the spinach according to package directions.
- Drain, saving liquid. Add water to make 1 cup. Stir spinach and simmer 10 minutes.
- Combine juice into the spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, tomato paste and dash of pepper.
- Add this to the meat.
- Add the spinach with the remaining ingredients.
- Put in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish. Top with meat sauce. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
- Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
