Spicy Southwestern Turkey Burgers With Chili Lime Mayonnaise

  1. Combine all ingredients (except olive oil) in a bowl. Mix with hands for best results and pat out into patties.
  2. Heat oil in frying pan. Add burger patties to pan. Cook for approximately 5-7 minutes per side on medium-high to high heat until meat is completely cooked. Burgers will probably blacken a bit on the outside.
  3. For the chili lime mayonnaise, combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Chill for at least 30 minutes, if desired.
  4. Burgers can be eaten on a bun or by themselves, dipped in mayonnaise.
