Overnight Easy French Toast Bake

  1. Grease and flour a 9x13 baking pan.
  2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, sugars, vanilla and cinnamon.
  3. Lay slices of bread in a single layer in pan.
  4. Dot with pats of butter and pour 1/2 of maple syrup over. Repeat to make a second layer. Pour egg mixture over entire dish, dot with remaining butter, cover, and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
  5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown and somewhat firm.
  6. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
