Healthy Chocolate Chip Zucchini Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine apple sauce, eggs and sugar in a mixing bowl. Stir well to combine.
  3. Add all the dry ingredients in a separate bowl, stir with a whisk. Add the dry ingredients to the apple sauce mixture. Mix well to combine.
  4. Stir in the zucchini and chocolate chips. Pour into a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan and bake for 65-70 minutes (until toothpick comes out clean). Let cool in the pan for 10 additional minutes. Then let loaf cool on a cooling rack.
  5. (Approx: 160 calories per slice)
