Tequila Lime Shrimp

  1. Peel and rinse uncooked shrimp and add to a large mixing bowl or large Ziploc bag. Mix all marinade ingredients and reserve some fresh cilantro for garnish as well as some extra lime wedges.
  2. Marinate 1-4 hours refrigerated. Remove from marinade and thread onto metal skewers. Grill on low-medium heat turning frequently and brushing with leftover marinade. Cook 3-5 minutes per side until shrimp are pink and thoroughly cooked, but not blackened or burned. Serve with lime wedges and garnish with cilantro
