Winter Pear And Goat Cheese Salad

  1. Line the grill rack with foil then preheat the grill to high. cut the cheese into four even-sized discs. Halve, core and slice the pears. Arrange in four piles on the foil, brush with olive oil and top each pile with a cheese disc. Grill until lightly golden and bubbling.
  2. Whisk and season the dressing ingredients. Arrange the watercress on four plates. Put the pears and cheese on top. Spoon over the dressing, scatter nuts and serve
