Mrs. E'S Famous Stuffing

  1. Grind giblets, onion, and celery in a meat grinder. (May chop up finely or use a food processor if no grinder)
  2. Heat up butter in a skillet and add giblet, onion, and celery mixture. Saute until cooked, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix giblet mixture with dried stuffing well. Add chicken broth and let sit for 5 minutes. If too dry add a little more broth, but it won't need as much as the package calls for (cuz of the giblets??).
  4. Bake with turkey either stuffed or in a glass dish until hot (at least 180' if in turkey).
