Turkey And Ham In Cream Sauce

  1. Heat butter in chafing dish or skillet; blend in flour, salt, dry
  2. mustard
  3. and
  4. pepper.teat until mixture bubbles, stirring constantly.
  5. Remove
  6. from
  7. heat;
  8. gradually
  9. stir in chicken broth and cream.teturn to heat and boil rapidly 1 or 2tinutes, stirring.
  10. Add
  11. hot
  12. sauce to slightly beaten egg yolks.
  13. Blend attnce
  14. and
  15. addto
  16. mixture in pan;
  17. cook 2 minutes ontow heat.
  18. Add turkey, ham and ripe olives.
  19. Heat through.
  20. Serve
  21. on toast points, waffles or in patty shells. May alsote
  22. layered with macaroni in a casserole.
  23. End with cream sauce layer.takes 6 servings.
