Healing Seafood Stew

  1. Saute garlic, onion, olive oil. Add carrots, potatoes, brown for 5 minutes. Pour broth over veggies. Add bay leaf, pepper, and enough water to cover potatoes.Bring to a boil.
  2. Simmer until potatoes are soft, not mushy. Heat to medium, add catfish. Simmer 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add clams, oysters, anchovies, tomatoes. Cook 3-5 minutes (do not overcook, oysters will become chewy).
