Sweet 'N Sour Meatballs

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients and shape mixture into bite size balls; brown.
  2. Add pineapple juice to oil and cook slightly over low heat. Add a mixture of cornstarch, soy sauce, vinegar, water and sugar. Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
  3. Add meatballs, pineapple chunks and green/red pepper.
  4. Cook for about 3 minutes, until heated through.
  5. Enjoy!
