Super Veggie Pizza

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400 F. Roll your pizza dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Place it on your pizza pan.
  2. 2. Pour the pizza sauce into the middle of the dough. Work it outwards in a clockwise circle using a spoon.
  3. 3. Remove the seeds from your bell peppers and thinly slice it along with the mushrooms. Dice the red onion.
  4. 4. Add the vegetables, one at a time to the top of the pizza.
  5. 5. Sprinkle in a circular motion, being careful not to pile any ingredients into the center.
  6. 6. Add the cheese on top of the vegetables in the same method.
  7. 7. Park on the bottom rack of your oven for 8-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the center cheese is melted. Allow to cool before serving.
