Ravioli With Parmesan, Butter & Herbs

  1. Bring large pot of water to boil, add 1/4 cup salt and cook, stirring frequently, until al dente, 5 to 10 minutes depending on the ravioli (be careful, not good if smooshy).
  2. Meanwhile, combine other ingredients in a large bowl. Drain ravioli well and add to bowl. Toss gently until butter is melted and ingredients are well mixed. Add salt, pepper & lemon juice to taste and serve immediately.
