Walnut Squash Cake

  1. In large bowl combine flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg; set aside.
  2. In a large bowl with mixer on medium speed, beat sugar and butter until smooth.
  3. Beat in the oil, juice, eggs and vanilla.
  4. Reduce mixer to low.
  5. Beat flour mixture until smooth.
  6. Stir in squash until well mixed.
  7. Divide batter in 2 (9-inch) pans.
  8. Bake for 30 minute at 350u0b0.
  9. Cool 5 minutes before removing them from pans.
