Kofta (Meatball )Curry

  1. Heat oil in pan and fry onions until golden. Add tomatoes and cook 5 minutes. Add next 7 ingredients except (coriander leaves, garam masala and lemon) with a little water and cook potatoes until half cooked. Mix all the meat ingredients and form small meatballs. Add to pan and simmer 10 minutes until meat is cooked through and potatoe sare tender. Add garam masala and lemon juice. Garnish with coriander.
