Lamb Chops - Lollipops No Thyme

  1. Coat Chops in Balsimic Vinegar and Parsey
  2. Saute 1/8 tsn salt, garlic olive oil on stove top Use Medium high heat to start
  3. Add Agave Nector AFTER garlic is brown and stir
  4. Add chops and brown on both sides (watch for spattering!)
  5. Add applesauce dollips on chops
  6. Add onion
  7. add a little water
  8. and turn down heat to low/Medium and cover
  9. Cook until onions are carmalized (5-8 minutes?)
  10. Sprinkle remaining Sea Salt on top of Chops
  11. Enjoy!!
