Talia'S Choc. Chip Cookies
- 2 sticks butter
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3/4 bag chocolate chips
- 1) Soften butter
- 2) put light brown sugar and white sugar in mixmaster
- 3) cream butter and sugars
- 4 )in a separate bowl, whisk, flour, baking soda, and salt
- 5) crack eggs into wet mixture and mix
- 6) add vanilla to wet mixture
- 7) slowly add the dry mixture to the wet, mixing throughout
- 8) pour in chocolate chips and stir to combine
- 9) preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 10) place cookie balls (1 1/2 inches around) on cookie sheets with parchment paper
- 11) bake for 10-12 minutes
- 12) put cookies on cooling rack
- 13) enjoy!
