Yogurt Fruit Salad

  1. Mix fruit and let sit in fridge for about an hour to get the juices. Add sugar (I use Splenda to keep the calories down)
  2. Let sit about another hour.
  3. Then add Yogurt to coat all fruit. Add just a little honey - depending on amount of fruit - about 1-4 tablespoons.
  4. Let chill in fridge for about an hour - the more the better the flavour.
  5. Serve as a first course of a bar-b-que. It can be a main course for lunch and can also be added in small amounts to cereal in the morning. Can also be a refreshing treat with wine in late evening.
