Yogurt Fruit Salad
- Fruits: Cantelope, Honey Dew Melon, Watermelon, Blueberry's, Raspberry's, Strawberry's, Oranges, Any other fruits that you like (this is nice with just the Melons and pears_
- I don't recommend apples in this.
- Sugar(or Splenda)
- Yogurt - Plain (low fat is OK)
- Honey
- Sugar, Yogurt and Honey amounts are dependant on size and amount of fruit. See instructions
- Mix fruit and let sit in fridge for about an hour to get the juices. Add sugar (I use Splenda to keep the calories down)
- Let sit about another hour.
- Then add Yogurt to coat all fruit. Add just a little honey - depending on amount of fruit - about 1-4 tablespoons.
- Let chill in fridge for about an hour - the more the better the flavour.
- Serve as a first course of a bar-b-que. It can be a main course for lunch and can also be added in small amounts to cereal in the morning. Can also be a refreshing treat with wine in late evening.
