Streusel Cake
- 18 oz. white cake mix
- 5 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 8 oz. dairy sour cream
- 4 eggs
- nonstick cooking spray
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp. cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. crushed walnuts
- Combine cake mix and pudding mix in mixing bowl.
- Combine oil and vanilla; stir into cake mix.
- Add sour cream; blend thoroughly.
- Add eggs one at a time, blending well after each egg with electric mixer on medium speed.
- Turn mixer to high speed and beat batter 5 minutes.
- Heat Bundt pan in 200u0b0 oven for 2 minutes. Spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Turn oven off.
- Combine cinnamon, sugar, cocoa and nuts.
- Pour some of the cake batter into Bundt pan.
- Sprinkle on some of nut mixture.
- Repeat layers, ending with cake mixture.
- Put cake on oven. Turn oven on to 350u0b0. Bake cake for 1 hour or until cake tests done.
