Bean Dish
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 lb. bacon, chopped, browned and drained
- 1 medium onion, chopped and browned
- green pepper, chopped and browned
- 2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced and browned
- 2 (16 oz.) cans baked beans, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can butter limas, drained
- 1 large can skinned tomatoes, drained and chopped
- 1 large can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. ketchup
- jalapeno peppers
- Tabasco sauce
- chilies
- cayenne
- black pepper
- paprika
- 3 Tbsp. hydrated cornstarch
- Mix ingredients (except cornstarch) into crock-pot.
- Cook at least 5 to 6 hours on low setting.
- Add cornstarch and mix before serving.
