Salmon Soya
- 3 1 lb. fresh salmon fillets
- 4 garlic cloves mashed
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh crushed pepper.
- 2 green onions (scalions)
- 1/2 cup of soy sauce.
- 1/4 cup of bee honey
- 1 teaspoon of salted butter.
- 6 Stems of fresh parsley
- In a mortar, put the peeled garlic cloves, onions, salt,and pepper. Mash until very soft. Set aside. Melt butter, add the soy sauce and bee honey in a cup. Add the mashed garlic blend to the butter and soy cup and mix.
- Place the salmon on a plate then pour the mix into the red side of salmon, cover with wrap paper and put it on the refrigerator for at least 20 to 30 minutes. Fire the grill medium temp and place salmon skin down for about 10 minutes. turn salmon and cook for another 10 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
