Spicy Mayo Poke
- 2 lbs Ahi Tuna (sushi grade)
- 6 T Japanese mayo (I use kewpie)
- 3 T Sriracha sauce
- 3 T Asian sweet chili sauce (I use Trader Joes)
- 3 t Sesame oil
- 2-3 T Tobiko or Masago
- White sesame seeds
- Black sesame seeds
- 1/4 Yellow onion (sliced very thin)
- 2 Green onions (sliced very thin)
- 1-3 Avocado (cubed)
- Prepared Japanese white rice
- 1. Prepare rice and keep warm
- 2. Cube Ahi
- 3. Mix mayo, sriracha, sweet chili sauce, sesame oil, and tobiko.
- 3. To serve, add some sauce to a serving of ahi (4-6 oz of fish). Mix well. I like a lot of sauce. Lay that spicy ahi on about a cup of Japanese rice. Top with sesame seeds, onion, green onion, and avocado to taste.
