Dana'S Cranberry Coconut & White Chooclate Chip Lovelies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Spray baking sheets with non stick spray.
  3. Sift first 3 ingredients into medium bowl. Using electric mixture, beat butter in large bowl until fluffy. Add both sugars and beat until blended. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time, then vanilla. Add dry ingredients and beat until just blended. Using spatula, stir in cranberries, white chocolate chips and coconut. Drop by level tablespoons onto cookie sheets, spacing 1 1/2 inches apart(just eyeball it!)
  4. Bake cookies just until lightly golden, about 11 minutes. Cool on sheets.
  5. *optional: you can drizzle melted white chocolate on cookies for a decorative Martha Stewart presentation.
