Broccoli Supreme
- 1 10 oz package frozen chopped broccoli
- 3 Carrots (sliced)
- 1 - 14 oz can Artichoke Hearts (drained and quartered)
- 3/4 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Eggs (slightly beaten)
- 1 Tsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 Tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheese
- 1/4 Cup Breadcrumbs
- 1/4 Cup Melted Butter
- Minced Garlic/Salt/Black Pepper to taste
- Place artichokes in a buttered 9" shallow casserole dish.
- Cook broccoli until tender; drain and set aside.
- Cook carrots until tender; drain and set aside.
- Combine soup, mayonnaise, eggs, lemon juice and Worcestershire Sauce, garlic salt and pepper; mix well.
- Combine the soup mixture with the broccoli and carrots - pour over the artichokes.
- Sprinkle with cheese and breadcrumbs - drizzle melted butter over top.
- Bake 350u0b0 for 25 minutes (until set). Yield 4-6 servings.
