Coffee-Cookie Ice Cream Pie

  1. In a food processor, grind the Oreos until fine.
  2. In a bowl, combine the melted butter with the cookie crumbs, first with a fork and then with your fingers. Add the milk and mix with your hands until you have a somewhat sticky consistency.
  3. Press the cookie mixture into a greased pie plate. Refrigerate for 10 minutes. At this point, put your ice creamers in the fridge to soften.
  4. After it has chilled, bake the crust for about 6 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool completely.
  5. Spread first the cookie dough ice cream and then the coffee ice cream (ratio to your liking) in the cooled crust. Place in the freezer until ready to eat.
  6. Top with a dollop of Cool Whip when serving.
