Coffee-Cookie Ice Cream Pie
- About 3 cups crumbled Oreo cookies (about 18 cookies)
- 3 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 3 tablespoons milk
- Chocolate-chip cookie dough Ice cream
- Coffee ice cream
- Cool Whip (optional)
- In a food processor, grind the Oreos until fine.
- In a bowl, combine the melted butter with the cookie crumbs, first with a fork and then with your fingers. Add the milk and mix with your hands until you have a somewhat sticky consistency.
- Press the cookie mixture into a greased pie plate. Refrigerate for 10 minutes. At this point, put your ice creamers in the fridge to soften.
- After it has chilled, bake the crust for about 6 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool completely.
- Spread first the cookie dough ice cream and then the coffee ice cream (ratio to your liking) in the cooled crust. Place in the freezer until ready to eat.
- Top with a dollop of Cool Whip when serving.
