Herbed Pork With Sauteed Wild Mushrooms

  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skilled coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add sliced mushrooms, saute 3 mins or until tender. Remove mushrooms from pan.
  2. Rub steak seasoning and thyme over both sides of pork chops. Add pork to pan and cook for 3 mins on each side or until done. Combine the chicken broth and cornstarch, stirring with a whisk. Add mushrooms and broth mixture to pan. Bring to a boil, and cook 1 minute or until slightly thick.
