New York Italian Cheesecake By Frances
- 2toz pkg. and 1 3oz of cream cheese
- 1tt sour cream
- 1tb. ricotta
- 1 1/2tups sugar
- 3tbls. flour
- 3tbls cornstarch
- 1 1/2tbls. Vanilla
- 3tblstemon juice
- 4tggs (one at a time)
- 1ttick butter or melted margarine
- Preheat oven to 325u0b0. Soften cream cheese and blend cream cheese and sugar. Add all other ingredients. When all blended, butter a 10" spring form pan. Pour batter in pan. Place on middle oven rack and bake for one hour. Shut oven off and leave in closed oven for one more hour. Take out and cool. Place in refrigerator while still in pan. Do not remove sides until ready to serve. Upon serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
