Crab Imperial

  1. Toss lightly crabmeat, green peppers, pimento, egg and bread crumbs.
  2. Combine mayonnaise, salt, pepper, Old Bay seasoning, dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce to make a mayonnaise mixture. Toss mayonnaise mixture lightly with crabmeat mixture.
  3. Mound in 4 or 5 individual shells or place in a small casserole.
  4. Mix mayonnaise with a small amount of milk and spread over the crab. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 minutes.
