Oriental Chicken And Vegetables

  1. In a 1 1/2 quart shallow casserole combine chicken and soy sauce. Microwave on high for 3 to 4 minutes or until pink is gone. Add vegetables. Mix cornstarch with water and stir into the chicken broth. Combine with vegetable mixture. Cover and microwave on high for 8 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp. Stir several times during cooking. Serve with steamed rice. Makes 3 to 4 servings.
