Shrimp Mozambique

  1. In small bowl mix garlic, parsley, salt & pepper, tabasco sauce, red pepper, azafran - set aside.
  2. In large frying pan w/ cover, heat oil and butter.
  3. Add onion - cook 5 minutes on medium heat.
  4. Add beer and garlic mixture, cover and cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Add shrimp, cover and cook shrimp 3 minutes on each side (add more hot stuff if desired)
  6. Serve over yellow rice.
  7. Note: I use extra large shrimp.
  8. Can be made with chicken - very good.
