Sunday Sausage

  1. Cook rice as directed.
  2. (Note: 1 large bag of Success rice equals 3 cups cooked rice.)
  3. Prepare the celery, onions and green pepper. Saute in margarine, stirring constantly until slightly tender. Drain on paper towel.
  4. Add soup to boiling water and let stand. Brown sausage until redness is gone.
  5. Drain on paper towel.
  6. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl.
  7. Place in 9 x 13 casserole dish and bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
