Cheese Pizza(Setting: High)

  1. Prepare pastry for 1 crust pie as directed on package, except do not roll out.
  2. Press pastry firmly and evenly against the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 10 x 1 1/2-inch Pyrex pie plate.
  3. Do not press on the rim of the pie plate.
  4. Prick the bottom and sides with a fork.
  5. Microwave, uncovered, for 2 minutes; turn dish a quarter turn.
  6. Microwave again about 2 minutes until the crust is dry and flaky.
  7. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheese over the pie shell.
  8. Add any toppings you selected.
  9. Spread pizza sauce over the toppings.
  10. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  11. Microwave, uncovered, for 5 minutes; turn the dish a quarter turn.
  12. Microwave again 3 to 4 minutes, until the mixture bubbles around the edge.
  13. Yield:
  14. 6 servings.
