Ginger And Honey Mustard Grilled Salmon

  1. Wash Salmon filets.
  2. Check for and remove any bones (remove skin if preferred)
  3. Pat dry on paper towel and set aside.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients in a shallow non reactive dish. Stir with a fork until completely combined.
  5. Arrange salmon in the bottom of the dish, turning over to ensure the marinade is evenly distributed on both sides of the salmon fillets.
  6. Cover and let marinade for about 30 minutes .
  7. Brush hot grill with oil and grill on medium high allowing the marinade to carmelize forming a bit of a crust on the outside of the fish but just until salmon flakes easily.
