Jana'S Three Cheese Reuben Mac And Cheese

  1. boil large pot of water for pasta
  2. shred cheeses
  3. in another pan melt 3 Tbs butter and 3 Tbs flour and whisk, add a couple cups of milk, salt/pepper to season, and mustard or dressing
  4. melt in 2/3 of the shredded cheese (about 2 cups)
  5. topping:
  6. toast buttered rye bread, add paprika and parsley, process to make crumble
  7. rinse kraut, squeeze and fluff
  8. cook pasta to al dente
  9. add kraut and sliced/chopped corned beef
  10. add cheese sauce
  11. place in casserole dish
  12. add toasted topping and remaining cheese

swiss, butter, flour, milk, salt, brown mustard, mayo, topping, bread, sweet paprika, handful of flatleaf parsley chopped, sauerkraut, beef, macaroni noodles
