Paleo Sweet Fire Chili
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp cumin
- 1/8 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 2 14.5oz cans of diced tomatoes
- 3 6oz cans of tomato paste
- 1 clove of garlic, crushed
- 2 habanero peppers, or 1 and 1/2 ghost chiles chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper chopped
- 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 2 yellow onions, chopped
- 1/2 box of sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup agave nectar
- 1 1/2lb ground beef or venison
- Brown the ground meat in a skillet with a pinch of garlic powder, onion powder, and chile powder.
- Mix all ingredients in a large stove-top pot or a crock pot and cook on low heat for 8-12 hours. Stir occasionally.
